Hey I’ve definitely hung out with that dude before.
Cannot explain how much I loved this shout out in the season finale of 30 Rock.
Help fund Erin Lunsford’s debut EP through Kickstarter! Erin is an amazingly talented singer-songwriter and we were lucky enough to have her perform with her band We Were Animals at one of the UPC/Para Coffee shows this past semester. Even though they were billed as student openers, they could have easily headlined that or any other show. I was completely blown away by their set; Erin has an insanely impressive voice and serious songwriting chops to match.
Support local music, I guarantee you won’t regret it!
That’s funny, because apparently UVA Dining is opening a noodle store called Noods next year. And this was my exact first thought.
the first time i visited uva grounds i listened to vampire weekend all day and was like, yeah, this seems about right.
I love the gardens. (Taken with instagram)

THURSDAY: Savoir Adore w/ We Were Animals @ Para Coffee, 7 PM (FREE!)
Savoir Adore is the Brooklyn-based fantasy pop duo of Paul Hammer and Deidre Murro whose catchy electro-tinged indie tunes have been called “irresistibly melodic” by Nylon Magazine. After releasing their first full-length album on the same label that released MGMT’s breakthrough EP, Savoir Adore recently released the Dreamers EP featuring the single “Dreamers” as well as remixes by noted artists including Xaphoon Jones.
